Call Out: 4th July 2010 - Garloch Hill

Central Scotland Police contacted the team at 18:50 to say that a hill walker was on Garloch Hill in the Campsies and had become disorientated by the poor visibility in bad weather. A full team callout was initiated.
Search teams and a search dog were deployed on the hill covering the west end of the Campsie fells around the Garloch Hill/Dumgoyne/Earl's Seat area. While searching information came in that the walker had made his own way off the hill and was now safe. The team was stood down at 20:30 with seventeen team members participating in the incident.
